LET RESULT: March 2022 teachers board exam list of passers
MANILA, Philippines — LET Result 2022. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) released results of March 2022 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) or teachers board exam on Friday, April 29, 2022 or in 25 working days after the exam. The complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.
As announced, 10,039 elementary teachers out of 20,567 examinees (48.81%) and 7,809 secondary teachers out of 18,717 examinees (41.72%) successfully passed the LET.
It is further announced that of the 10,039 elementary teacher passers, 246 are first timers and 9,793 are repeaters. For the secondary teachers, 2,194 passers are first timers and 5,615 are repeaters.
The results of examination with respect to thirty-seven (37) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
PRC administered the Third Batch of LET during the COVID-19 pandemic on Sunday, March 27, 2022 in at least 26 testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Bohol, Cauayan, Catanduanes, Catarman, Dumaguete, Jolo, Sulu, Kidapawan, Mati and Masbate.
NOTE: Due to the pandemic, PRC decided to divide LET examinees into four batches for 2021-2022 in order to meet the guidelines set by the IATF. The first and second batch of exams were held successfully on September 26, 2021 and January 30, 2022. The fourth batch of test is set on June 26, 2022.
The members of the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.
In accordance with the law, passing the licensure exam and having valid professional license from the Commission are necessary before the practice of teaching profession in the Philippines. Otherwise, those who will violate may face fine and imprisonment based on penal provisions.
